Thank you for shopping with Fidglee! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way, including tracking information. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after processing, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by the carrier, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 6–11 business days.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders. The price you see is the price you pay — no surprise fees at checkout.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand to additional countries in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 business days of ordering, please email us at fidgleeshop@gmail.com.
Delays
Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to high demand, carrier issues, or customs. If your order is significantly delayed, we'll do our best to keep you informed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs once your package has left our facility.
Wrong or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Fidglee is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice a mistake, email us at fidgleeshop@gmail.com within 24 hours and we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at fidgleeshop@gmail.com and we'll help make it right. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for more details.
